• Very good hold for the Switch 2. 5M by the end of the year is almost sure by this point.
• Switch 1 is declining and I expect ~10k weeks from August. It can reach 1.5M if there is some holiday boost and if not maybe 1.2M.
• PS5 probably 600-700k or around 800k if there is some holiday boost.
• Xbox is done.

Switch 2 having a lower install base than we previously thought in Japan at least means that DK Bananza had a better attach rate in Japan than expected.

Konami's about to outsell every 3rd party games in the chart again !

With Nintendo's financials out it showed Famitsu was way off the on the Switch 2 sales.

Nintendo's financials was through the end of the quarter, so through June 30th. This Famitsu is through July 27th.

Yeah the 2020 game sold over 4 million in Japan alone, which is more than even some first party games like BOTW or Mario Odyssey, and the 2023 game is over 1.5m as well.

This is gonna be huge.

I don't think so. This is the kind of game that wears of its welcome and the second release on Switch already shows it.
