In our stores, you can test the Switch 2. Most of the general public's customers asked me, "Is this the Switch 2?" Frankly, I expected better for a €479 console from these customers. The price difference is too small to justify buying the Switch 2. As I said, I didn't say it wasn't selling. It's selling well, but not as well as I expected at the moment. Customers are more in the observation phase; they're also waiting for a big game that might convince them to buy it. And to clarify: there are a lot of Nintendo fans in France, and they're the ones who are mainly buying the Switch 2.

« Not that popular » ?
It is popular, just a bit less than PlayStation in some Europeans country. Nintendo is really strong even in Spain, people forget the switch numbers in Spain ?

It's not "Just a bit" though is it.
No one here is being negative about the Switch 2, but we are being realistic. Most of us here are Nintendo fans, but to try to paint a picture that in Europe Nintendo is only one notch below Sony is simply untrue.
PlayStation is utterly dominant in Europe. Like Nintendo is in Japan.
Sony want to make money by selling art, Nintendo want to make money by selling fun, Microsoft want to make money.
