They haven't changed their forecast and it remains at 4m, so another 0.75m next quarter. 0.75m would only be a 40% drop from the previous year though, when the Switch 2 wasn't even out yet. The first 3 quarters are down 66% so for the last quarter to only be down 40% would be strange. So they may do under their SW1 forecast.

I think they'll be under 157.5m by March 31st 2027 and sales will be at a crawl after that. ~158m lifetime.

158-159mil looks to be where the dust will settle once all is said and done. I could even see 159-160mil. Anymore than that would be tough, though not impossible. Once Nintendo gives their FY2027 projections in three months, we should have a very clear picture of where LTD figures will land— crazy to think we've already hit this point in the Switch's life! I remember back when this system was the new, shiny toy on the market... now it's machine running on decade-old tech.

157m-158m should be the range it ends at. 159m looks out of reach now and even 158m is up in the air at this point depending on how steep the declines are going forward. It might only be at like 155.8m by the end of the fiscal year and if ships say 1.5m next fiscal year you'd be looking at 157.3m by the end of March 2027 and shipments will of course be very little after that point.

did over half a million this quarter, Nintendo projects another 2 million, that will put the NS1 at 158ish in a year. I think it will hit 160 in 2028 unless this new pandemic starts, it might hit a lot sooner.

Switch 1 price rises were just announced in Japan. So whatever hope this had of hitting 160m is over.

OLED is going up 26%, Switch is going up 33% and Lite is going up 36%.
