Edit: Got the pricing wrong. I hope Sony can stay at current prices but another hike wouldn’t be surprising.

I'm not sure if you got the prices wrong or I'm just not understanding what you're saying.

But Xbox Series X is increasing to $800 which is $300 more than the launch price.

PS5 is currently $650 which is $150 more than it's launch price.

They both launched at $500.

PS5 digital is $200 more as that launched at $400 and is now $600. Otherwise, your numbers are right.

Seeing how things will somehow manage to get even worse by holiday 2027, I'm expecting 1 more PS5 price hike. Either at the end of the year or early 2027.
