How is it possible for Switch to have sell 20K units more than in the same period of last year, without any significant launch and with Switch 2 already announced? O_o'

PS5 may achieve something that should be impossible this year, ie having a bigger YoY drop than Switch will have in Japan, even though Switch will be replaced as a console this year while PS5 have several years left as the main console for Sony.

If you look at the breakdown by SKU, you see that the main driver of the increase is the Switch Lite, which is up 20K over last year-to-date. I'm guessing this is because it's the cheapest console available now? The price of the PS5 only went up last year while the Switch stayed the same. This makes me think that the Switch Lite will remain in production even well after the Switch 2 launches, and may even be key to Switch reaching 160M worldwide.

Black Mid Wukong is only getting a physical release now ?

Nintendo has lowered the forecast to 1.4 million for the quarter, Japan Alone will clear 750 of those I am sure.

@ShadowLink93: is it possible to lower the font size of your Switch chart, so you don't have to split the chart?

In any case, it will be needed, since we have more years ahead of us. That are 9 different years till now, and there will be 10th and probably 11th. It's better to have them on two levels with big and nice fonts, everything visible easily, than to shrink 9 or 10 different tables on 1 level with small font, and to not be visible or have the need to zoom.
