When will the PS5 outsell the PS1?

The PS5 has sold almost 92M by end of April 2026. When do you think it will outsell (not outship) the PS1 (standing at 102.5M) ?

Reminding you that PS5 just dropped to under 500k per month, and under 100k per week following the recent price increase. Will it stay that way or the sales will improve over time, will there be price cut after some time ? When will the PS6 launch and how fast Sony will discontinue the PS5 ?
