- Data and chart for the Switch 2 has been updated and adjusted with the added numbers from My Nintendo Store. It is now tracking well ahead of the NSW '4.5M year, and having in mind the weeks till the holidays, it is very likely Switch 2 will greatly outsell that 2019 year of the Switch 1. Reaching a year in Japan on the level of the peak Switch 1 year of 6.4M is starting to look more and more like a real possibility.
