Numbers and charts have been updated and adjusted with WEEKs 48, 49, 50, 51 and 52 for every comparison!
The final results are:
- PS5 beat Switch by almost 6M
- Nintendo Switch ended exactly between PS3 and Wii's compared years with 15.9M
- PlayStation 5 ended exactly between NSW and PS4's compared years with 21.6M
- XBOX Series beat the XB360 year of 2006 by almost 700k sticking very close to it for the bigger part of the year.
