I never said pandemic only helped Switch, it helped the other consoles too. My answer was to the guy who used the pandemic as a reference date point. Also I don't agree it was at disadvantage. Switch has hybrid function, and everyone can play it in his home as well. It was always clear that this period was a temporary thing.

The original point still stands. Switch started outpacing the PS4 constantly every month (holiday aligned) since the pandemic (March 2020) and not before that like the post I quoted. Everything else, is extra information.
