Working on Cult of the Lamb with a friend and have one more trophy to get on Astalon. 3 plats on the way.

Not posted in a while, mainly been playing either pvp stuff, tekken 8 or Apex (Tekken 8 is really hard to enjoy lately, sucks to be an old school player) and then started FFX but didn't finish it. Guess in a sense I'll count Balatro. Not sure what you'd class as beating but for it, I got 1.7billion on a hand and unlocked the collection so, counts?

Did play Space Marine 2 though from PS+ Prem, very good, enjoyable story, looks great and fun. I barely remember SM1, I have it somewhere. Really enjoyed the PvE missions but man some people are stupid. Like they might be playing with voice lines off. :P Really grindy too.

Gonna try my best to finish something this weekend. A small game. Metal Eden looks decent enough with a short campaign or maybe observer if it won't click.

I do indeed. Fun games. Just beat Odama. Havent had that kind of challenge in a while. Brutal game.

Been two months since I updated this one, not that I've had time to play through that many games anyway, but still.

• Astro Bot (PS5)   My rating: 9 / 10
  • Pretty much as great as its reputation would have you believe. One of the best and most imaginative 3D platformers I've played, with a healthy dose of nostalgia on top of it. Only a few of the optional challenge levels tested my patience and interest, but the vast majority of the game is superb.
• Hollow Knight: Silksong (PS5)   My Rating: 9 / 10
  • The sequel to what I consider the greatest Metroidvania of all time, and it's pretty much just as excellent as the first game, just in a slightly different way. While Hollow Knight felt consistently great from beginning to end in basically every aspect, Silksong is a more uneven experience. Essentially, its highs are greater than Hollow Knight's, but its lows are worse as well. For example, I never get as frustrated with the first game as I did with this one, and much of it was due to overreliance of enemy gauntlet rooms and extended boss runs that occasionally felt like they went on forever. A couple of the areas also felt genuinely unfair first time through in a way that no place did in Hollow Knight. Still, an excellent game worthy of the praise it received.
• Shantae: Risky's Revenge (PS4)   My Rating: 6.5 / 10
  • The second game in the series, and an immediate improvement over its predecessor, though its handheld origins are still very obvious. Not a great game, but fun enough for a single playthrough. This is where the series looks to have turned into more of a Metroidvania, something that looks to continue more and more in later entries.

Just beat ff9(ps5) again for like the 14th 20th? Time in my life, the last time being me in my teen years(now 39 dayum) its still as magical as it was back in the day,its still as good.
