Fantastic news in my opinion, Minus One is my personal pick for the best film in the series, so bringing back Yamazaki again was the right move.

This is exciting and since 2014 Godzilla fans have been eating extremely good. If only the games were better though.

Godzilla Minus One might have been my favourite movie from last year, so this is great news.

Oh I can't wait. I've half a mind to watch this again now just for the HDR scenes that you've brought it up. What a fantastic film. Only thing I can think of that I'm half as excited about is Alien Romulus, it's a fairly bad time for film lovers so to have great films like this is always great.

Yeah, after going almost a decade without a new movie between Final Wars in 2004 and the Legendary Pictures reboot in 2014, getting 4 Hollywood entries plus Shin Godzilla and Minus One since then feels damn good.

I am curious as to whether this next film will be a direct sequel to Minus One, or a standalone entry. I'd be fine with either option; after Minus One I trust Yamazaki to deliver the goods.

I loved Minus One to the core, as it made me feel like a little child watching a monster movie at the theater, getting nervous about potential outcomes. This is indeed very exciting. Let's hope they don't get too carried away with the success and give us a "Joker 2," by which I mean forgetting everything that made the previous effort so good.
