I guess I inspired a few people with my JRPG only list. It kind of muddies the list a bit, so I kind of feel bad. But I don't feel so bad as long as underrated games get more looks.

So again I will join with a JRPG only list. Played a few more this year, which will definitely enter the list and kick out the vague JRPGs other than one special exception.

Yeah, although JRPG is not a genre, geographic modifiers are meaningless, do a proper RPG-list.

I think I will try to go for an indie game list, but I have to check later how a list of 50 indies looks like and if I feel confident in it. I had before considered a retro list wih only old titles, but indies seems an even better target.

Lol. I asked AI to make a picture where Ocarina of Time is the top ranked game in a list of 50 (a big spoiler I know). I don't know where the griffin and the Hobbits come from.
