The game features pig latin as the main affliction to overcome.

#50 An immersive sim with a dark fantasy setting. Played in first-person.

Hint # 2 You can use Melee attacks and Magic but the most effective way to dispose of enemies is to make use of the environment.

#47 You have a grappling hook. But not the usual kind.

#46 After 21 years on console this game was the first in it's franchise to release on another platform.

#50 I think I heard that the very early Arkane Studios game Dark Messiah of Might and Magic was innovative in the use of environmental kills. I actually have got the game recently and look for free time now to play it.

This space shooter came with its first episode as shareware in the mid nineties and today the whole game is freeware.

#49 Released after one of the most popular racing series first title but on a system one generation behind. This third installment also featured weapons to make life miserable for the other racers.
In the races you could collect letters spelling the game title in order to upgrade your vehicle. The developers next racer featured a mammal with a red cap as its titular character.

#46 Developed under difficult conditions this lucky accident of a game topped the bottom of its time.
Maybe not really the bottom of its time, but last place of the big three. Some of its glitches are today more viewed as features by those who still play the game.

I was already thinking it but am confused by “Third game”. With that last hint I’ll try it anyway;
