Games on Wii U like BOTW , Pikmin 3, and Mario Kart aren't exclusive to Switch, so those don't count.

Admittedly "first party" can be a blurry definition; I don't see a problem including Astral Chain as it's funded, owned, and published by Nintendo.

If hours played is something to go by, Smash Ultimate followed by new Pokémon Snap and Tetris99.
But I think Smash takes it. That game is larger than life in a way that is hard for anything to match.
