edit: Also does similar to wii u count? Like Pikmin 3, or Mario kart?

Games on Wii U like BOTW , Pikmin 3, and Mario Kart aren't exclusive to Switch, so those don't count.

Admittedly "first party" can be a blurry definition; I don't see a problem including Astral Chain as it's funded, owned, and published by Nintendo.
