Mechachamelion!!

It's soooo fun. But it has to be played with a group of people you know. It's way less fun with randoms.

GTA V in preparation for November. Might be the first playthrough that I will complete on the game

Bought Grind Survivors and Jotunnslayer: Hordes or Hel in hopes of getting some Vampire Survivors dopamine going.

Grind Survivors is slow and sluggish and more of a bullet hell game than bullet heaven, it's decent but nothing special. Hordes of hel is still kinda sluggish too and has a weird upgrade system, there aren't thatuch in the way of Hordes at least in the first few runs cause they choose high fidelity graphics I assume. Not sure I'm amazed by either but I'll continue trying for a hook in me.

Crimson Dragon. 2 bucks so why not. This feels like a mobile game. All the grinding to level up and all these dumb RPG systems. This is not Panzer Dragoon. Maybe when I get bored I will play some Orta on Series X.

About to start screamer. Anyone played it?

I might not actually finish a game this month, 122hrs into Starfield at only 58% complete 😅 …

After Minecraft I never really liked any of the survival crafters enough to put more than a few hours in and I don't like Pokoman but I said I'd give Palworld a go, I'm less than an hour in and looking around at the map I instantly know this is gonna be a game that'll suck me off big time for many many hours. Instantly I see something on the map and I wanna go there, I wanna build a base in the middle and go on expeditions. Mapping the world in Minecraft became one of my favourite things to do, I hope this game has a map creation system but it matters not is it doesn't cause I'll map it in my head anyway. And the variety of these creatures right off the bat, excellent. I wanna make an army of the little buggers and build an empire.

Just beat FF7 Rebirth, and it blew me away.  I can't remember the last time a game impacted me this much.  I was more impressed at this than I was with either Elden Ring or BotW (both of which are phenomenal games).  The last time a game impressed me this much may actually have been the OG FF7 back in 1997.  I just beat the game 2 days ago though, so I need some time to see how it settles with me long term.

Without going into details I will say that this game had multiple moments where I got a stronger emotional reaction than any other video game has given me before.  The ending wasn't one of them, but I can overlook that.  They also just had countless moments where I was just plain impressed and having a ton of fun.  I put 150 hours in so far, and I still have some post game content I can explore.

I highly recommend FF7 Rebirth to anyone who likes open world games as well as fans of the original game.  I was kind of disappointed with FF7 Remake, but they really outdid themselves with Rebirth.  I can't wait for Revelation to release next year.

Great game but the story comes apart at the seams when you think about it, not that it's not trying to be anything more than a B film. Also, I hate what they done to Red Xiii and some of the pacing was atrocious if you do side content. 

It's amazing isn't it?! I never played BotW or Elden Ring, but I certainly liked it more than Tears of the Kingdom. It's my game of the generation and the best one I played since Sekiro. It singlehandedly restored my faith in Square Enix (well...Hamaguchi's team). Incredible how they're developing these in just 3 years!

Glad you enjoyed it, let's hope Revelation is as good or better!
