The PS4's peak year in Japan was 2017 with 1.9 million units sold. I highly doubt it will sell 2 million in a year. I would say 1.3 - 1.5 million.

For Switch if Nintendo does no price cuts then I think it will be around 3.5 million. If they do a price cut then 4.0 - 4.3 million.

For Xbox Series I predict 200k.

Xbox Series will at least outsell the original Xbox there, though probably not the 360.

It might... It took the 360 roughly 8-10 years to reach 1.66m and the Series is trending about the same pace.

It's definitely still possible, I'm just not confident about it as it kinda seems like XBS is running out of steam.

Switch needs Rhyhm Heaven , Tomodachi collection and new RPGS + Zelda and new Mario , so it can reach 3.5-3-8 this year

If it's like Tears says, then it could be number adjusting going on.  2023 and 2024 are going to big years for them and hopefully the start of never having a drought year again.  I'm not sure how receptive Japan will be for those console exclusives.  I don't think PS5 or Xbox Series have caught their stride yet, nor have they had their peak year.

2.2 years in and were looking at an 8 plus year stretch.   

I originally thought the Series consoles wouldn't sale as much as the 360, but now I'm not so sure.

Anywoo, as for early prediction wise, this year sales will be at least above 2018 without much problem I think. The first part of 2018 had to battle with stocks problem much of the year which isn't much of the case with the Switch anymore and I don't think it's downward trend will go as steep as what we saw today.
