The PS4's peak year in Japan was 2017 with 1.9 million units sold. I highly doubt it will sell 2 million in a year. I would say 1.3 - 1.5 million.

For Switch if Nintendo does no price cuts then I think it will be around 3.5 million. If they do a price cut then 4.0 - 4.3 million.

For Xbox Series I predict 200k.
