Smash bros. 'nuff said.

Wii. Xenoblade as it's Nintendo's best series right now.

Btb, you can add Mario Kart to the SNES list

Thanks, I knew I was forgetting something.

Surprisingly is Game Cube

And even more surprising, Wii U came in second place

Then N64, then SNES, then Switch

Edit: Can we now add Pokemon Snap to N64? If the next game is good I will rank N64 over Wii U

Wii would be my last choice

As a note, Wave Race 64 was a sequel.

And while Paper Mario became its own brand, the original game was developed and promoted as a sequel to Mario RPG.

I don’t think Geist and Eternal Darkness would count since these are third party games that were published by Nintendo, but were one-offs rather than franchises.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

You forget Astral Chain on Switch. And Mario Maker is more a subseries than a franchise, if that counts then shouldn't Metroid Prime also count for the GameCube for example?

Anyways my pick is N64 because of Smash Bros. GameCube is probably second.

Nintendo | PlayStation | Multiplat

I did indeed forget Astral Chain, I've added it to the OP.

Still not sure about games like Geist or Pandora's Tower, they're Nintendo published but I'm unsure if they actually own the IP.

Tough question! I picked N64. If we don't limit ourselves to Nintendo games then Extreme-G and Turok come to mind (althoug Turok came on PC as well), also Banjo-Kazooie and Perfect Dark.

Between SNES with Mario Kart and Star Fox, and N64 with Smash. No chance for any of the others really. Since I like Mario Kart better than Smash, and the old Star foxes as well, I’ll pock SNES.
