Not so much a BotW story but I'm currently trying to get back into Horizon Zero Dawn. I keep pressing triangle to jump to no avail, jump like an idiot when I try to sprint or pick something up, give away my position with a heavy attack when I try to draw my bow, keep crouching when I want to attack and jump of hills to my death expecting to fly...
Add to that trying to aim with motion controls and continually aim too high. Plus every time I hit something I fear my weapon will break :/ Confirmation and cancel is backwards too ugh. I'm glad I started it over because it's some terrible slapstick while I'm playing.

hehe xD

I also saw a streamer go from BotW to Horizon.  Got knocked off a cliff face that was a grand total of 7 feet high while fighting a boss.  He immediately ran at the cliff and tried to get up there but all he coudld do was impotently jump because of course, you can only climb specficially marked cliffs in Horizon.  It was quite funny though xD

I have no story to share at the moment, but I recently was exploring the extreme north of Hebra, and it was cool flying over that endless deep abyss. then I was going back south I discovered some hot springs, it's crazy that amidst of all that snow you have a hot spring.

I was carrying a big ball to its destination and when I'm close to it a storm begins, all my weapons were metallic so I was fucked, then 2 big moblins gets close to me, I drop my ball but I couldn't teleport from there because then the ball would return to the beginning, I throw them a bomb and barely hurts them but it disarms them, so then I think, what if I gave them a weapon? Then I catch a metallic sword, I throw it close to them, one of them sees it and catch it, then comes all bersek mode to attack me with it, I keep running while the sword starts sparkling and then suddenly BAM a thunder strikes him destroying both enemies at once, problem solved lol

A picture is worth a thousand words, and with that I leave these snaps.

Not really a story, but I didn't know you could control the divine beasts at first. I tried the Zora one and got stuck, so I left and did the Rito one instead. I beat that one without controlling it once. I didn't get all chests, but still goes to show you how different you can do things

I jumped from some high cliff and paraglided down to a field, probably near an early village. Once I got close to the ground I noticed a Deer. I then proceeded to land on it and ride for a bit until I got too excited and forgot to try and sooth it.

That reminds me that when I was looking for the forest memory I was gliding down a cliff to the forest and let go of my paraglider while still over the trees and landed straight on a deer that I had never even seen. I also didn't sooth it in time.

Signature goes here!

For some reason I had bad problems fighting the Gerudo beast boss. To the point of needing the rubber suit, and lots of food. But, the other 3, where dumb easy. I kind of cheated with elephant's. I never dealt with the ice blocks, it threw. I just jumped into the water. And let the ice smack the floor. Since camel was hard. I over prepared for the boss fight, on death mountain. Tons of food ready. Faries, weapons. And then i kill it in 2 minutes. I used pratically nothing. I don't know why the Gerudo beast, was so annoying.

The eye beams are pretty inconsistant. One minute you move a little bit extra. You dodge the beam. Other times, they hit you in mid air. I'm like woot? That maze island filled with them, is really annoying lol. Still can't figure out when to trigger shield reflect.
