It's a collection of 3 games that scored 90+, and one 87, all remastered and shit, but it's not 90+?

Well the old scores aren't particularly relevant, the original Halo released today would not get close to a 97 for instance.  Having said that, you would still expect a 90+ for the amount of quality content

According to metacritic Minecraft PS4 (89) is a better game than this. Dafuq

Umm OK then, reviewers must be getting harsher because Halo 4 is the only game of the 4 to score that low... maybe 343i just arent good enough =P jk

I called it. 87 is good though. And based on sheer content alone, its a must own game.

Collections have always had issues getting past the 90 mark. Value alone can only push you so far, especially when it's 'old' content. I thought the MCC might be able to hit 93-ish, but it seems a combination of "series fatigue" (i saw that mentioned in a few reviews), and the generally harsher scoring from reviewers now have lead to a few points lower than expected.

Might still be able to march it's way to 90 though.

Damn this gen is harsh. Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive and MCC deserve over 90 metacritic.

Yeah, this is bizzare. Arguably the greatest compilation ever released, standing at 87 right now?? This, FH2 and SO all deserve above 90.
