Forums - Nintendo - Polygon: As Nintendo grows desperate, the chances your dreams will come true increase

For a moment there they almost had me fooled, but as the page was loading up I thought it through and came to the conclusion that this is polygon after all. And they didn't dissapoint.

Seriously, why is that piece of trash website so popular? They are ten times worse that IGN, and that's saying quite a lot .

Perhaps Microsoft should do the same with Gears and Forza after seeing this weeks XBone numbers.

Popular? Try clickbait. Not a long time ago, I remember they had a controversy because they gave a low score to The Last of Us. Sure, it was their review. But it seemed kinda dubious, especially when they would ban users for "strongly" disagreeing with the review (they even had a disclaimer on top of the comments), and the mods immediately disputing users opinions. Maybe I used a bad example, but these actions gives them tons of clicks.

Well, I wouldn't purchase a Mario game for my 360!

Why? Banjo was definitely better to play on the 360 than the original. And I'm old enough to have bought and played the original when it launched. Playing SM64, if it turned out to be the same result, on the 360 would be.......*drools*.

the n64 was at its limit with the game, the 360 isnt so it runs better.  and i like the controlls, realy good, but i still pref the n64 controller for banjo. but thats my oppinion, both controllers work realy well. its one of the best ports i have ever seen.

the problem is, i cry everytime i play with the 360 controller. im still not over nuts and bolts, rare realy broke my little heart.

I think Wii U has a chance at decent success, but they MUST CUT THE PRICE BY 100 dollars now and be more humble. They should then beg forgiveness of third party developers and pay out for exclusives.

Don't forget the part about giving the media blowjobs on demand.

But only if it's Don Bongo giving 'em out.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Because Mario is boring.

Metroid Prime, on the other hand...

Dual analog Metroid Prime in widescreen HD with achievements? Holy shhhh.....

I'd be OK with a partnership with Sony where Nintendo could still make some hardware (specifically handhelds), but not some kind of situation where Nintendo becomes some subservient no-name third party like Sega or even like an Activision or something (bleh).

That's not my dream at all. I didn't buy a PS system to play Nintendo games.

Too bad they're absolutely correct.

Nintendo is making some masterpieces like SM3DW and MK8, and they're quite possibly not selling enough to make a profit.
