Seems odd considering the Rayman Origins didn't do as well on Nintendo platforms.

I wonder if Nintendo wanted it as a timed exclusive.

Nintendo is not buying exsclusives. They have said this.

You don't know what kind of deal Ubisoft and Nintendo could have made.

And it doesn't necessarily have to be cash up front. For example, maybe Nintendo can simply waive fees to entice them.

Yes I do. Nintendo is not going to state they aren't buying exslusives multiple times then go buy one a day later. If there is one thing I can rely on Nintendo for, its staying true to their convictions.

Yeah, you aren't convincing me. But believe what you want.

I believe what I read directly from Iwata. I doesn't matter if you believe it or not.

Ghetto Galmour did have one valid point before he got banned.  This is spamming.  I'm not moderating anyone, but I am going to let all of you guys know that this is unacceptable because it doesn't add at all to the discussion.

We all like the box-art, so it is kind of on-topic.

But, it's OK. I understand. It was just a joke type thing, though.

I'm sorry, but it's not OK.  Look under the official rules at the rule that concerns content.  Skim down to the part that concerns spam.  It pretty much states that what you guys were doing with short comments that are repeating the same thing that doesn't add any content is pretty much the 100% definition of what spamming is.  There's nothing wrong with goofing off and making jokes (Lord knows that I do), but spamming the same thing about box art isn't okay.  Ninpie I have nothing personally against you, Pavolink, or Boutros, but what you guys were doing was wrong.  I am not trying to come across as a strict jerk, but the rules are just that - the rules.  Please don't do it again.

THis, I dont know why people see "moneyhat" and automatically thinks, they bought it, you dont have to really buy to moneyhat. Just do some favors

I played Legends at E3 and I could see why it's a Wii U exclusive. Regardless, the game is a huge jump from Origins in terms of visuals and gameplay. I really like the gameplay on the GamePad a lot and it really shows how responsive the touch screen is on the Wii u GamePad. I played Origins on my 360: amazing game. I played Legends on the Wii U: even more amazing. I will be picking this up on launch day for sure.

When asked directly about whether a new 3DS model was in the works, Miyamoto was clear in his answer.

I really feel like I'm satisfied with the 3DS hardware as it is. I feel like it's the best for this generation. What we're thinking about right now is probably going to be for a future generation of handheld.

Nintendo announces 3DS XL

Video games giant reveals larger model of handheld console 3DS will be available on 28 July.

If any of you have seen the Gamescom gameplay, i feel like it would be pretty hard to port this to another console without completely reworking the game

This game is supposed to have some focus on MP, how are they going to figure that out, since only one player will be allowed to use the gamepad, will it not lose a bit of its charm?
