Nintendo is not buying exsclusives. They have said this.

You don't know what kind of deal Ubisoft and Nintendo could have made.

And it doesn't necessarily have to be cash up front. For example, maybe Nintendo can simply waive fees to entice them.

Yes I do. Nintendo is not going to state they aren't buying exslusives multiple times then go buy one a day later. If there is one thing I can rely on Nintendo for, its staying true to their convictions.

When asked directly about whether a new 3DS model was in the works, Miyamoto was clear in his answer.

I really feel like I'm satisfied with the 3DS hardware as it is. I feel like it's the best for this generation. What we're thinking about right now is probably going to be for a future generation of handheld.
