See Unix time. Basically the publishing date probably is - or was at some point in time - either missing entirely or "0". Add in some time zone fun, and suddenly that Jan 1, 1970 shifts to Dec 31, 1969 instead.

I love this kind of stat stuff so I did some digging and since I joined back in early 2010 I have made 1976 threads here, which accumulated a total of 91,106 posts as of typing, for 46 posts per thread.
I better watch out tho as I reckon firebush might pass me up the way he's going haha (Love your contributions by the way man, keep it up!)

Lol! Yeah it really depends on my mood on any given day I guess. Some days I’ll post as many as five threads in a single day, yet I’ll also have periods where I do no more than one thread per week (I’ll always have the weekly Famitsu). If I’m away from my PC (i.e. visiting family or, as in May, traveling halfway across the globe to Ireland) then that’s generally when I’m least active.
I've never posted too much or spammed like some users have liked to do in the past, but I did like to share news snippets from time to time which have accounted for 452 threads in total with my measly one post a day average
One thing I really liked from those were my triple trilogy with a prequel "What are your _____ threads"... what more could you ask for?
Interesting VGC stats from those are in our own profiles:
But one other highlight I like to remember from eons ago were the forum tags given by fkusumot

Just crunched the numbers and over 1% of all posts in VGChartz history are in my threads, apparently.

Ah yes the 1969 bug. Edit: I see there are 4 articles with "31 December 1969" as the date. |
Would be extra nice if it was 20 April 1969.
