We can have long list of Ghibli films here - surprised nobody yet said Totoro.
Some Cronenberg films could be argued, my pick being eXistenZ.

Yeah on second thought now I've been reminded, throw in Ran for me as well. Not my personal favourite film ever but as a piece of cinema it is without fault and has few peers.
While we're at it, also City of God, No Country For Old Men, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Jaws
Alien
Aliens
Terminator 2
Back to the Future
Die Hard
RoboCop
Predator
The Princess Bride
The Wizard of Oz
The Shawshank Redemption
A ton of Pixar and Ghibli films
These are all films that are done so well that I can just watch them over and over and never get tired of them.

In accordance to the VGC forum rules, §8.5, I hereby exercise my right to demand to be left alone regarding the subject of the effects of the pandemic on video game sales (i.e., "COVID bump").
In my opinion (from 1970 onwards):
The Godfather I & II
Jaws
Rocky I
Back to the Future (Part I only)
The Empire Strikes Back
Dances with Wolves
Titanic
The Matrix
A slight level below ...
Lord of the Rings Trilogy (overall maybe the greatest overall achievement given 3 films shot at once, but there are notable and baffling changes from the book and silly video game-y moments too that are kind of cringe).
Jurassic Park (1st one only)
Ghostbusters (1st one only)
Toy Story 3
Shawshank Redemption
Terminator 2: Judgement Day
Die Hard (1st one)
Most of james Cameron's movies. Apocalypto, die hard, rocky, rambo. There's alot..
Wolf Children (Ame & Yuki, 2012) is probably the only movie I'd call perfect.
The Thing
Terminator 2
Akira
Perfect Blue

Funnily while I wouldn't rank any of the Toy Story sequels as perfect personally, I would rank the 1995 original as pretty much flawless in its execution.
2-4 were good but for me not as tight or polished.
I realized in making this list, that my standards for a perfect movie must be lower than my standards for a perfect game. Here is my list (in roughly chronological order):
Snow White and Seven Dwarfs
It's a Wonderful Life
Casablanca
The Seven Samurai
The Sound of Music
Jaws
Star Wars: A New Hope (Episode IV)
Alien
E.T.
The Karate Kid
Ghostbusters
The Terminator
Back to the Future - Part I
The Princess Bride
Forest Gump
The Return of the King
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
There are probably a few others that I'm just not thinking of right now.
curl-6 bet me that PS5 + X|S sales would reach 56m before year end 2023 and he was right.
My Bet With curl-6
My Threads:
Master Thread, Game of the Year/Decade
Switch Will Be #1 All Time
Zelda Will Outsell Mario (Achieved)
How Much Will MH Rise sell?
My Bet With Metallox

Hmmm that's a pretty small list.. And even the few I'd list aren't perfect as in "totally and completely without any flaws and a 10/10 piece of art and entertainment", but are the closest to those standards. And are films I consider to be on an absolute higher tier of art, entertainment - and often conveying a meaningful message and style that's, at least for my tastes and amongst the thousand-plus films I've seen in my forty years, unmatched.
Goodfellas
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
The Matrix
Fight Club
Office Space
Hot Fuzz
Twelve Angry Men
Moneyball
