In my opinion (from 1970 onwards):
The Godfather I & II
Jaws
Rocky I
Back to the Future (Part I only)
The Empire Strikes Back
Dances with Wolves
Titanic
The Matrix
A slight level below ...
Lord of the Rings Trilogy (overall maybe the greatest overall achievement given 3 films shot at once, but there are notable and baffling changes from the book and silly video game-y moments too that are kind of cringe).
Jurassic Park (1st one only)
Ghostbusters (1st one only)
Toy Story 3
Shawshank Redemption
Terminator 2: Judgement Day
Die Hard (1st one)
