Inspired by firebush's thread about games that get everything right, are there any movies that you feel execute their concept pretty much flawlessly, even if they're not necessarily your personal favourite?

Fight Club, 300, Gladiator, John Wick Series

The first Back to the Future comes to mind. Even if it is not my favorite film, I have a hard time trying to figure out how it could be improved.
10 Things I Hate About You is somewhere in that vicinity for me as well.

My favorite films The Prestige, Starship Troopers and Green Fried Tomatoes is not there. I love all of them but there are several scenes I think could be better.

Die Hard
Jaws
Predator
RoboCop (original)
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery

The Prestige, Your Name, Forest Gump, Rocky 1, Zodiac, Bladerunner, Bladerunner 2049.

Princess Mononoke ofcourse.

12 Monkeys, The Matrix, Alien, Spirited Away, O Brother Where art Thou, The Grand Budapest Hotel.

Indiana jones trilogy, all 3 are 10/10
Meet the parents
Rocky
Alien
Aliens

Groundhog Day. When Harry Met Sally. True Romance. Black Hawk Down. The legends of the Fall. Oh I could go on but I'll also mention Father Ted and True Detective Season 1 as perfect TV.

Inside Man (always first in my mind about "perfect" movies)
The Illusionist (I very much prefer it to The Prestige)
Ikiru (could probably name half of Kurosawa films, but haven't seen them for a long time)
Once Upon a Time in the West (my absolute favorite movie ever)
The Warriors
The Hunt for Red October
Undisputed
Snatch

Tbh, I disagree with about 80% of everyone's choices. Good, even great movies, but not ones I find flawless. Except Blade Runner (Director's Cut), Mononoke, Die Hard and True Romance.

Fantastic Mr Fox is perfect.

Every other film in the world is debatable.
