Good showing. The scene where the woman jumps off the building is incredible. The advertising with PS5 will be massive for Sony.

I've seen a sentiment where the editing seemed weird, and I got to agree. Hopefully we'll catch more of this at an SOP or something.

The editing was shocking, like quickly put together.  They showed some things that looked average.  Maybe they had other stuff planned to show off but the leeker got to it first.

It's upsetting, the biggest game in history and they can't give it a proper red carpet show off.  This game shoud get the same treatment something like starfield got.

The graphics and level of detail is absolute insane.

But as someone not interested in GTA games ever since I got very bored of Vice City after two weeks, I gotta say the video was straight up boring. But then again it did seem to be mostly cut scenes and little gameplay, and the short gameplay sections were very meh. I dunno if that's representative of what the game is like or if this preview was specifically just supposed to show off cut scenes but yeah i was super bored watching it other than marveling at the graphics. It did nothing but reaffirm my zero interest in GTA haha.

No 60fps mode is a joke. Performance mode ignored so they can give an excuse to sell a ps6 version

It looks exceptionally well made, high production but I'm gonna miss that tone of SA/GTA5 where it's kinda like a satire of modern life. Long chats about nonsense and not so serious. Parts of the dialogue are really good but no fun, the rest is really weak and like small talk. The tone is very important to me and that tone isn't here but my God, no game will reach this height of production probably ever. Maybe some linear shooters will show the goods but nothing with all of this in one package. 

PS5/XSX CPU probably just isn't capable of running this at 60. Considering this is probably going to be the newest GTA for 10+ years targeting 30fps on the now 6 year old hardware, allowing them to be more ambitious, was probably a good idea.

Also why it's unlikely it'll end up on the Switch 2.

Ah. The more I sit with it the more the feeling of blandness simmers within me. I know it'll be good by that footage but the tone is distinctly that of GTA4 again with a small sprinkle of GTA5 just dusted atop it. I guess it's not that grime filled as GTA4 but it's not exactly the bright, warm whimsical and over the top game that GTA5 was. Maybe I'm over thinking it, what Cyber Leek posted was probably a better show case, maybe this is just heavily edited or perhaps it's the main characters voice painting the wrong picture. I worry but I know it's not going to be a dud anyway unless the performance explodes the 9th gen consoles.
