I'm really happy that this game has found that big of a success. But the question is: How high can it reach?

Well deserved. Great game.

make that 4,400,001 because I’m purchasing this game once…um…i have the money. (Nintendo drained my wallet this week.)

There was a thread about it beating FF16, I can't find it now. It's going far beyond that.

That thread was created by me. Here.

Nice to see a smaller AA effort find success in today's difficult market.

The game itself isn't my cup of tea, but it does seem very well made for what it is.

Fantastic numbers, and very well deserved. GOTY material for sure.

I really have to find some time for this game. I bought it and started it, but the beginning is so tedious. Barely any gameplay, lots of blah blah. Can someone please tell me it gets better? For the first hour or so I just kept pushing the analogue stick forwards. That was a whole day of gaming gone for me. Haven't touched the game since that. =/

It took me about 7 hours to really get into it, its great. So far not the masterpiece some have touted but a brilliant turn based RPG with a AAA feel we don't get to experience very often. I hope they do size up a tiny bit to add some extra polish to some of the presentation/design choices.

I could see it being 5.5-6m by years end with the holiday boost and some sales. 10m LT.
