I wish SE had a demaster team that did to more modern FF games what the DQ team did with DQ11. I'd love to have FF12, 13, 15, and 16 as Pixel Remaster looking FF games. There is something so charming about the older Nes/Snes style of FF and DQ. Been really enjoying FF Pixel Remasters so far.

Technically they have the builds/designs for it - thankfully due to Final Fantasy Record Keeper (a game I played for about 5+ years before it got shut down).

Seeing Noctis, Tidus, etc from the 3D games in the form of SNES FF games was awesome.

This was my final party when they shut down the game :(

I've beaten Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster on Switch.

Done with all 6 Pixel Remaster games....tomorrow I will start on Final Fantasy VII.

Congrats on the achievement !

At some point, I'll visit the pixel remasters of III and VI myself since I never played the former and never ultimately finished the later on my GBA back then

Thanks.

Started on VII today.

The boosts are awesome - 3x speed not only IN battle but OUT of battle too? On top of that no encounters and the ability to heal HP/MP and fill up Limit break gauge? Awesome.

Up to world 7 in Mario vs Donkey Kong. The controls can be a bit frustrating, but overall a fun game so far.

Going on by the once again latest rumors. If we are to believe a release for the next Switch system in early 2025, that means we've finally got the coveted year to catch up on our games !

Indubitably.

One game at a time, I'll surely be done with half of mine even on a casual pace 👌Meaning the Switch 2 will be the time where I get to regrow it all lol

We already got that year this year. Now it will have been like 8 years since Switch launch from 2017 by the time we get it in 2025, which is extremely lame. 7 years was already lame, this is just salt on the wound.
