I'm playing last gen and current generation games alternating. Can't say I really notice enough to care

I feel the last generation clunky as hell now. Every game at 30fps...pfff... oh wait, this generation too... (well, not on WiiU).

If you are using a gigantic TV then 720p can be a problem. But that´s all the "new generation" is bringing to us. The same with less blurry graphics on huge televisions. And a bunch of little stupid graphic things that anybody cares but make the games so expensive that they never return the profit, and of course, the games runs at 30fps, because the hardware is very limited for their dumb ambicions. Amazing New Gen.

I personally haven't seen a big leap in graphics yet between the generations. It holds up great in resolution and quality of graphics.

Can't say that I do. Most of my PS2 HD remakes still look pretty good to me, but of course they are not on par graphically with what is being pushed out today. I still emulate a lot of older games so older graphics don't bother me as much

It's hard for somebody who thinks that Gen 6 graphics are nice to think that Gen 7 graphics are bad, lol.

Definitely. It is not only the resolution, there is also the weak anti-aliasing, the blurry textures, the flat lighting, even the character models in most games.

Game like The Order, Ryse, Killzone, Infamous and Driveclub really show the difference between the two generations. It will only get more noticeable with time.

Resident Evil 6, MGS4, Uncharted 3(and 2 to a lesser extent), Resistence 2 &3, Deus Ex HR, TLOU, Killzone 3, etc still all look very crisp to me. Some early titles do look very rough though.

Nope, not at all! There's barely a noticeable difference in graphics between late 7th gen games and 8th gen games.
