But put yourself in parents shoes, as a father WOULD YOU REALLY WANT YOUR DAUGHTER TO PLAY A GAME THAT HAS SEXUAL GAMEPLAY ATTACHED TO IT, and as a mother WOULD YOU REALLY LIKE YOUR SON TO LEARN ABOUT SEX THAT WAY? I am extremely open minded, but I have to REALLY question if I want my daughter exposed to sex in games especially if it's the hentai kind (something like that can REALLY DISTURB a child and make them feel EXTREMELY VUNERABLE). I bring this up because we already have EXTREME Violence in games, now imagine Extreme sexual content? |
In any case, I think as a parent you have to control the things your kids come in contact to. And I think a head blown off is way worse for the psyche of my child than a naked body. And should kids learn from these games? No. But there is an alternative: talking to your kids about sex. That's the way they should learn about these things.
In any case, I would keep them away from too much violence. But that is my view as an european. I know americans are different i this area (probably the reason why the US has no problem getting involved in wars or even starting them all over the world).
