Metroid please! They can work on whatever new IP they want to make( if they want to make a new IP) after Metroid comes out!

No matter what it is for we can all at least agree that they really needed to update that site. It is so basic looking and it feels old.
I am happy what every it is. I still need to get tropical freeze but I have enjoyed all there other games so what ever it is, even another dk game I will be happy.
I don't think we'll see a new game from them before e3. But why would they tell us about a home page update?

I think they kind of have to make Metroid. It's what everyone wants from them. Even if they're not exactly excited by the franchise, they have a job. If some of the members of the team aren't that excited about Metroid...then make Metroid in a way that would excite you. Basically, if Retro's new game is not Metroid there will be pitchforks and rioting and flames and all those things we do when we don't get our way. DK..twice...ok...now you're just asking for an uprising. Oh...and Retro...don't cop out with Metroid Pinball 2, either.
Will be Metroid or Diddy Kong Racing 2.

I just checked out the website, it's fucking awful lol its needs a complete overhaul.
But ya a reveal at E3 would be nice. They said they started working on a new game in Nov 2013 so it will be 1.5 years into development, or roughly halfway completed based on Retro's typical 3 year development cycle, which should surely be far along enough for a reveal, even if just a slight teaser.

Yeah, if its a Wii U title, I should think that a teaser is all we get. If its a 3DS title we might even get a release date! But Im kinda torn whether or not I want another Metroid, or something else...
