I think they kind of have to make Metroid. It's what everyone wants from them. Even if they're not exactly excited by the franchise, they have a job. If some of the members of the team aren't that excited about Metroid...then make Metroid in a way that would excite you. Basically, if Retro's new game is not Metroid there will be pitchforks and rioting and flames and all those things we do when we don't get our way. DK..twice...ok...now you're just asking for an uprising. Oh...and Retro...don't cop out with Metroid Pinball 2, either.
