Retro said they would continue the story if the fans wanted it. Or in their exact words...
"So will there be more to the story of Phazon? Well that's up to the fans." Or something along the lines. I watched the documentary like 2 years ago, so that's off memory.
I honestly want A Metroid & Kid Icarus game on my U.
Why do so many people not want a new DK game? You guys do realize DK can lend itself to new and unique ideas as well like a new 3D Donkey Kong game. Would you guys be upset about that?
And lol at a new ''ambitious'' Metroid. The last ''ambitious'' Metroid game was Other M. Look at how that turned out. I think some of you are confusing the word ambitious with unique. A new Metroid or DKC wouldn't exactly be unique if they are from an established series.
I would much rather have a new IP than another ''ambitious'' Metroid or ''another'' DKC. Of course, I wouldn't be upset either if they made one of the two.
