I don't know what to think, and it makes me really sad about the console. Perhaps the price cut argument is the only solution now, Xbox One is technically on par price wise :/

That's sad isn't it? Considering the N64 and GC had about 2/3 of their total sales in the US, it should be around double Europe sales, it isn't far off of it, but considering Nintendo has never been strong in Europe I expected a wider gap.

It's too close ib price to Xbox One, and also Smash couldn't do anything because of the 3DS version, Ninty dropped to ball on that, no one is to blame except for Ninty themselves.

I think that Nintendo should drop the price of the Wii U a bit early next year.

, I like the Wii U but it's a shame that Nintendo's biggest game didn't provide a boost for the system. 

They're making a lot more profit, that's for sure, but this proves that pricing is their biggest issue. If they want to keep their high profit margin while increasing Wii U sales, they need to release a gamepadless Wii U.

$300 Wii U console with gamepad.
$230 Wii U console with pro controller and NFC reader.
$80 for gamepad sold separately.

They need to start treating the gamepad for what it is, an option to enrich your gaming experience. Like Amiibo.

I think Nintendo will quietly throw in the towel next year. They fought the good fight and have released some good games, but the system just seems like its in a coma.

Mario Maker, Xenoblade and Zelda look really good at least, at least they will go down guns blazing.

Make all the predictions you want about a price cut or what game will save the system, it don't matter.

I mean look at the gamecube. It had amazing games and was insanely cheap, yet it sold like shit.

I'll just enjoy the amazing games out for the system already and coming int he future. You guys can brag about how many sales your system has.

Well, at least the Amiibos are selling above expectations
