Except the order 1886 looks better than almost any game

I think people who say Uncharted 4 doesn't look good are in the wrong, but it is undeniable that this generation isn't nearly as much of a leap as 7th gen was. I think a lot of them were expecting the PS2 -> PS3 level jump, which just isn't possible when the console needs to be sold at $400.

Personally, I love how Uncharted 4 is coming along. Never been the biggest fan of the franchise, but will almost certainly be picking this one up!

Well I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking it didn't wow me that much as it others.
The faces looked great yes, but everything else just looked like a slightly better ps3 game. Same running animation, same melee animation, had nice foliage though and rock surfaces.


I'm far more impressed graphics wise with bloodborne, Zelda, metal gear solid 5, final fantasy 15. But then again, I've always loved Japanese games more cause the artistic direction is always much more impressive and varied palette wise.

I was impressed by Bloodborne detailed environment, and Final Fantasy XV dynamic lightning and animations much more than what Uncharted has to offer to be honest. Not saying that it doesn't look great.

Edit: The Order looks amazing too.

Apparently yesterday's demo ran at a stable 30fps! If that's the case, then I highly doubt they will try to target 60fps!

Oh well, the game looks good of course, it's Uncharted. But the PS4 doesn't have the same technological advantage over the PC's of it's time like the PS3 did. It's MUCH harder to impress us.

Lol did they watch the stealth sections? Much improved. The bad guys can even notice the leaves rustling when you're walking through them.

People are judging the graphics of a game that isn't out for another year from a shitty stream. It still looked good despite those two points.

The new little elements they added to gameplay is what was really cool

Its alpha build and its still looking great game so far we have seen in detailing expect Order 1886. People always want to bitch about something without making sense. They might have huge expectations too early and its better developers to show nothing, I'm sure ND will make this game wow on final product.

I wasn't hugely impressed. It looks the bare minimum (probably a bit less) of what I would have expected from a PS4 uncharted.
