Post your Black Friday anecdotes! I love hearing these.

My local Game store (UK) had a queue leading out of the shop and down the street. There was a placard outside that had a PS4 deal with GTA+TLOU (I think) for £299.99 then beside it there was another placard which had An Xbone and AC:Unity+Lego Batman or something (I think) for £299.99 aswell..if that was the placards they used nationwide then it doesn't bode well for the Xbone

I went to a Best Buy at the mall nearby. Unfortunately, I wasn't getting a PS4. Just a Seagate hard drive at $80 and a few Blu-Ray movies on sale. Long lines, but pretty organized comparing it with 2 years ago. I do remember that the guys behind us bought Ryse: Son of Rome. I just don't know how sold out any of the consoles were.

Now... lines only took like 20-30 minutes to empty since they've opened the store at 12am (all of our stores still open at 12am). Less people than the previous years? I think so. But at least in here, people behaved better this time.

Went to mine, all the good shit was sold out, bought a $9 Christmas Toblerone and got out.

walmart:
cod xbo and mk8 were sold out
xbos were almost sold out, wiius were sold out, somehow and ps4s were everywhere!
3des were everywhere and vitas were everywhere.
Wii sports club, smash, and mcc were all sold out(except smash and mcc got new shipments later that day)
Oh I bought lego marvel super heroes and amazing spiderman for wii u :)
Gamestop:
saw some people buying xbo games, saw someone buy hyrule warriors
also saw someone playing wii u a lot there
saw people buy far cry 4 for ps4

I will chime in. Went to Walmart, best buy, and target. Walmart had no consoles but had Land O Lakes butter in stock. Best buy had a few ps4s, no xboxes, and Reggie from Nintendo handing out Mario hats and play-doh that looked like Yoshi dung. Target had my man Phil Spencer there hand signing every Xbox one unit that went out the door while major Nelson was gathering shopping carts. Andrew House from Sony was there ringing the salvation army bell out front. Great times.

I went to best buy and saw more ps4 available for sale than xbox one. Wondering if that was due to more shipments. saw a ver small shipments for wii U and didnt see anyone interested. If wii u is sold out, its obvious that it was due to small shipments

Still saw plenty of PS4 at my local Walmart yesterday when I went to buy a new tree. Either people don't want a PS4 or they shipped a shit ton.

This was at around 2PM.

I thought Game had TLOU+Driveclub. XB1 was AC: U+AC4+Forza 5+Lego Batman+ £5 XBL gift card (XB1 might have been midnight only though). Both £299

There was no Black Friday here.

why so negative? X1 has had a firesale all month. Unless they slashed the price to 279 they were always going to lose BF heavily. It should still win the entire month.
