If you have Windows 8, you should download a plugin called "classic start". It gives you back the well, classic, start menu, but you can still access the Wnidows 8 start page (or whatever it's called) by moving tge mouse cursor to the right side of the screen to bring tge menu up, and then press the start thing through that menu. Really, since I got this plugin, my hate for Windows 8 has been removed.
