The Ignore-user-feature is a working feature on the Heise-forum in german (a german tech.news-site).

Ah, I see it is a plugin for Firefox, I use Opera. But maybe I can make somethign with user-Javascript or so. I will see.

It would be fine if it was controlled by the mods. Maybe a Request user block feature, which mods themselves have to see why and agree and/or discuss the issue with you. Chances are that way, the user will be blocked and if their post was very flamebaity or racist for an example they'd get banned anyway.


Win-win. It couldn't be over abused. Everyone would block everyone and this site would destroy itself from the inside.
