Do spammers bother you? Do they clutter up your threads? Ever wish you could make them all just disappear?
Now you can.
What this is:
This is a Ignore User javascript which allows you to remove comments and posts by selected users with the click of a button.
It works on the following areas:
- Posts in threads
- Posts show in replies to threads
- Comments on your profile
- Comments on your profile's wall page
- Comments on games
- Comments on news articles
How it works:
Find someone who annoys you in a thread and click the Ignore button next to the reply button.
Now all their posts will go away in all the areas mentioned above.
In threads, their posts will be replaced with this:
If you ever change your mind then just click the button and they come back.
How to install this plugin:
Step 1) Install the browser Firefox. It's a great browser. You should be using it anyway.
Step 2) Install the Firefox Addon Greasemonkey. This let's you run the javascript.
Step 3) Install my vgChartz Ignore User script.

Q) When I click the Install button for the script, it takes me to a page with code. What's up with that?
A) You didn't install Greasemonkey. Go do that.
Q) Does this script slow down the page at all?
A) Yes, just a tiny bit. Users on faster connections won't notice at all though.
Q) OMG your script did something weird and now there are kittens coming out of my CD tray! HELP!
