You're entitled to your opinion of course (no matter how WRONG it may be) but any criticism of Messi the other night has to acknowledge how totally unfit he was

So, the german teams demonstrated their complete superiority over the spanish teams. Teamwork beating names&fame, it was a pretty glorious thing to see.

Bayern completely demolished Barcelona, but Dortmund played some of the best football I've seen in years. I was really expecting the goals to just come flying and it wouldn't have surprised me if the game had finished 6 - 1, hadn't it been for Diego Lopez.

On a side note, I agree with those who see Ronaldo as a more complete player than Messi.

Being Portuguese myself not a factor for it, while Messi has much more raw talent which has been polished and molded to fit the Barcelona play style and which also benefits from the fact that the entire team plays for him (which makes Barcelona suffer a lot when he's not on his form); Ronaldo has shown that no matter the team, no matter the position, he can deliver and can help his team, even when the entire team just doesn't give a fudge (which seems to be a rather commonplace this season on Real Madrid).
While some say he's arrogant and cocky (and indeed, he acts like that sometimes), I take his attitude over Messi's anyday, mostly because I can't stand fake humility and disguised smugness, things that he has shown in a lot of matches, especially this season

^ to the post above - Criticism to a player has to be done when it's due, no matter if the player is unfit or not. If he is unfit, he shouldn't have played, simple as that. I don't remember this kind of condescence when Ronaldo played almost half a season with a foot injury and was being called out left and right about how poor his displays were and that the injury wasn't an excuse.

Although well deserved I do think it's a shame to have an all German final. These teams know eachother very well and that might make the game less interesting.

On the topic Messi-Ronaldo.
Messi hands down best player in the world (ever). Not this week though, but he has proven time and again he is a decisive factor in so many games. Far more than our friend Ronaldo.
And it's not so bad to be the second best player in the world, right...?

im a huge barca fan and been so for 10 years or so, but damn are those bayren something else! they played an amazing game! heck i even enjoyed the game and im a barca fan! great football! ohh and dortmond are just out of this world too! i hope the final is german! would be an amazing final!
