I'm glad my two favorite gaming platforms are #1 in their respective "class".

3DS leading the handhelds, PS3 leading the consoles.

I got my PS3 November '07 and will probably be the last console I will own.

3DS is DEFINITELY the last handheld I will own.

Well, if VGChartz can be trusted on this, then Angry birds is not the best-sellign game on 3DS in America. It has 0.23M in America.

These were the prices in Mediamarkts (largest distributor in mainland Europe) this Xmas season:

$229 XBox 250G game bundle

$279 XBox250/Kinect game bundle

$349 PS3 500G game bundles

$429 white WiiU bundle

$549 black WiiU bundle

Those are prices with taxes and store margins.. so I think your idea of "MS should drop the price..." is somewhat irritating, to say the least. They are lowest priced by a large margin (not difficult to see why the WiiUs didn't exactly fly off the shelves)

Haha, no. I don't do PC gaming.

I'm just sick of buying new consoles even if they are 5 years apart. And I don't have NEARLY the time to play that I used to.

The PS3, which has the best graphics of this gen, also has the best variety of games this gen.

There's enough of a backlog of great games that I won't ever need a new system.

Not making promises, though. The PS4 may just hook me - we'll see.

They haven't dropped the 360s low-end sku price here in America since 2008
