halo reach for me. i dont understand why any1 would get a ps3... i cant imagine gaming without halo. oh and halo CE anniversary is amazing, any1 who bought AC revelations or mw3 instead of it should be ashamed of themselves

Not at all. Playing it now, it holds up great against more recent releases, but still shows it's age at some points. I wish more FPS this gen were less linear and more open like Halo. The sandboxyness (If that's a word) is what makes Halo so awesome and a one of the many reasons why the Halo franchise is my favorite series.

Peoples opinion is peoples opinion. :)

But I am shocked people think COD 4 is the best.

Personally I found its singleplayer a mess of respawning enemies, scripted events and hugely linear level design. In a way COD 4 imo is why many FPS's are in a scripted poor level design mess these days.

As for the multiplayer, Its to easy and unbalanced at the same time. More how much timeyou spend with the perks system rather than skill.

But thats just me.

Of course it's okay to think that Halo: CEA is the best shooter this generation . You're entitled to your opinion so share it as much as you like. I'm a Halo fan and I still need to pick this up unfortunately . From the videos I've watched so far the game looks great with the upgraded graphics!

They've done a fair job on the upgraded graphics, most noticably (imo) the texture work on enviroments stand out at places. (Also, they've done well to include the 2010/2011 3d models of the marines/hunters/grunts & elites)
