I like hatmoza's idea for a Remake/Collection category. If it comes to pass, and there's no Final Fantasy VII reference, I might cry.

WWE 12 is getting some pretty good reviews, should be in the Sports category if the other WWE game is.

I think Terraria should be in best Downloadable game. It's a really, really good game. 84 on Meta and was downloaded over 200,000 times on the first Week of release. Look it up!

I have a few suggestions.

Under Best DLC the Noble Map pack from Halo Reach was a really good one.

Under Best Graphics Tech I was thinking Skyrim would be a good one for that since the amount of detail in such a huge game is very impressive.

Under Best Original Music Score Halo: CEA would be good (unless you don't want to add it because it's the same music from Halo CE)

Under Most Innovated L.A Noire might be a good fit because of how unique the game was with the facial stuff and I can't really think of any games like it out there.

These are games I would add and/or change to each category.

Best Action/adventure:
Uncharted 3 ( more known for action/adventure than TPS)

Best Graphic Tech:
Gears 3 ( This game should most certainly be in the running, one of the best looking games I've played)
Witcher 2 (very gorgeous game on PC)
Dead Space 2 (haven't played it, but if it's just a little better looking than the original it should be included)
L.A. Noire (have to give it credit for it's facial animation, plus beautiful set pieces)

Best downloadable games:

Dang, didn't know someone already suggested a best collection/remake category. Oh well it just re-enforces the idea of adding the category ;)

Also, I think Fate/Extra should be added to JRPG. If you do a 'remake' category, FFIV Collection needs to be there. I'd also include Duodecim but I'm a homer. Prinny 2, The 3rd Birthday, and God Eater Burst are all three decent options to fill out a list. Lastly, I'd throw Ar Tonelico 3 into the OST category. AT always has some great music.

Rayman Origins deserves a soundtrack nomination.

I would suggest The Binding of Isaac, Hard Reset and Dungeons of Dredmor for best downloadable.

Avadon the Black Fortress for best WRPG even if it has no chance of even getting runner up with Skyrim and The Witcher 2 in the running.

Most anticipated has to include Bioshock: Infinite, Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2 and if it was up to me Metro: Last Light, Prey 2 and Farcry 3.

The Book of Unwritten Tales for best adventure game and best game no one played.

Now the list is looking better. I can't think of anything missing out anywhere (aside from Most Anticipated, but there's nothing there . My advice would be The Last Story and Dragon Quest Xfor Wii, Halo 4, GTA V and FFXIII-2 for PS360 and Luigi's Mansion 2/Resident Evil Revalations/ Kid Icarus Uprising for the 3DS as well).

Added everything suggested up to this point as well as a new category for best remake/hd collection. Please keep the additions coming.  Remember this is the list that you'll be using to vote on the readers' awards for each category so if you want something to have a chance at winning that you have to add it now.

I've heard that Motoheroez and EscapeVector: Chapter 1 are great downloadable titles.

Also, I'd include StarFox 64 3D (Action/Shooter) and Cave Story 3D (It's an Action/Platformer... but I don't know where you would want to include it) in their respectful genres as well as "Best Remake/HD Collection". In fact, I'd include Cave Story 3D with "Best Original Soundtrack", as they've completely revamped and remixed the original's soundtrack for the remake.
