I would consider adding:
Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars (3DS) at Strategy,
Beyond Good and Evil HD (PS3/360?) at Action/Adventure,
Resistance 3 (PS3) at Motion Controls (better than KZ3),
Lost in Shadows (Wii) to Innovation, and
Rage (PS3/360/PC) to Graphics Technology.

Personally, I was greatly disappointed with Battlefield 3, Rage and L.A. Noire, but I think my opinion is minority.

Since 2011 was big on HD collections, why not add Best HD Collection category?

Because honestly, Ico collection in best action adventure is kinda out of place.
