Numbers do not equal quality. A large amount of those Halo players will have had no experience with KZ2 and therefore would take Halo 3 as being the best shooter they have played.

 

Umm that arument is moot because that can be said for all online games.  And in this case the number of people playing halo 3 on a daily basis would mean its a high quality game.

If your good at one FPS your good at them all...

idk lol like i said if your good at one your probably be at least decent at all, mabye he sucks at all FPS lol idk.

But point in case iv played COD online only a couple of games and i did just fine, not great mind you but not too bad either...

Maybe Multiplat on PC and Xbox 360 , but it will never touch the Ps3 or Wii (tho they wanted to put one on DS before lol)

Well Killzone 2 is owned by 1.4 million right now I guess. They have friends so millions more might play it.

The game is probably a top rental and played by millions more.

Every PS3 owner is aware of it thanks to tons of advertising.

If its truly a great game... why aren't more people racing to the store to pick it up?

You're comparing games bundled with controls and the console to a game that sold millions on its own?

Wii Fit though... I think people buy that in hopes of actually getting in shape.

Lol @ PS3 fans.

Next you'll say that R&C > Super Mario and Uncharted > Zelda.

Just because KZ2 was infinitely better than KZ1, doesn't make it the greatest console FPS. I guarantee that when MW2 drops, KZ2 online will plummet permanently (unlike Halo 3, which remains strong to this day, and only saw a week or 2 at being no.2 to the original MW).

This is exactly why people hate on games like Uncharted (like myself), Resistance and KZ2. PS3 fans taking these otherwise fantastic titles, and incorrectly labelling them as the best of their genre. It sets them up for failure (remember KZ1: The Halo Killer) and obviously if you had to repeatedly state they are the best, clearly they aren't. You don't see people continuously reminding others that Mario as the best platformer.

Seriously, the only PS3 games (controlled by Sony) that can labelled best of genre is God of War and Gran Turismo. Notice how there's no need for people to constantly remind others that they are.

I don't see Halo ever going Non-MS controlled multiplatform.
