I mean I'm all for improving the combat & modernising the puzzles, but puzzles should in no way be deprioritised. There are plenty of action rpgs out there (arguably too many) for people who just want to move from one battle to the next. |
LoZ changes its overall structure, as well as approach to dungeons. While I don't agree fully with his opinion (since I like environmental puzzles), it is valid point to ask for Zelda, though not in OoT remake perhaps. There are fairly diverse Zelda fans, since there are fairly different Zelda design formulas.
