I wonder if any animal buddies will be in DK Bananza. Would Rambi allow even bigger smashing than DK smashing things with boulders?

There was like a female Expresso in the trailer, but it might just be an NPC.

Either that or Expresso was female all this time and that's her. I miss Winky the Frog. :( 

Animal buddies would be cool to see; as much as I love Retro's DKC games, their absence there outside of Rambi was a shame.

The amount of havoc you'd be able to wreak on these destructible levels with Rambi for instance could feel incredible.

I wonder when we'll see more of the game considering its coming out in a few months.

A June Nintendo Direct is almost surely happening (mid to late June) and DK would be a perfect title to get a big segment.

Yeah, that was the worst kept secret this month.

Nice to have actual confirmation though.

Makes me think two things.

1) If this game proves to have the same level of effort and execution put into it as Odyssey, then we're in for one fan-freaking-tastic 3D platformer starring the ole Banana Slama. Maybe even be the Game of the Year for 2025!

2) Where the Hell is the next 3D Mario game?!?
